Personal And Cultural Transformations

The eight point star that we use actually has its origins in the Eternal Champion stories of Michael Moorcock. It is called the symbol of Chaos, and Michael explains it as follows:

"The origin of the Chaos Symbol was me doodling sitting at the kitchen table and wondering what to tell Jim Cawthorn the arms of Chaos looked like. I drew a straightforward geographical quadrant (which often has arrows, too!) – N, S, E, W – and then added another four directions and that was that – eight arrows representing all possibilities, one arrow representing the single, certain road of Law."

As artists, we try to look at all possibilities. We look at reality (Law) from every angle, and interpret it and express it in numerous different ways (Chaos). Thus, the eight point star that you see us use is a symbol of artistic expression itself.

This is Inner and Outer Transformation!
